DROON story started with an Art gallery owner in London. He wanted to secure and certify the metadata of his artwork to facilitate the sale to foreign buyers.

 

The concept of a digital twin of artwork would bring the necessary confidence to facilitate the relationship with clients.

Enthralled by the power of blockchain technology and its capacity to change the way we interact with data, DROON founders, based on their previous experience in Cybersecurity and digital technology, decided to focus exclusively on that new nascent digital revolution. 

 

Droon's goal is to help the industry, services, and government agencies to integrate this new technology and leverage its capacity to create trust in digital data.

They named their venture DROON, the Ancient Greek name for "firm", and the origin of the word "Trust".
